A big thank you to all that came. We hosted an Electric Universe UK event again this summer. Whilst EU UK was not intended to be an annual event, when Thunderbolts Project™ USA regrettably had to cancel earlier in the year, we took the view that EU UK could help maintain international interest in this important subject by hosting another UK-based conference and symposium.
This year’s theme, chosen by our Science Advisor Dr Tim Hooker, was DYNAMIC EARTH. We are extremely grateful to Tim and Lee Hooker for all their support in making this event happen.
We hosted an electrifying line-up of international speakers. Montgomery Childs and Dr Michael Clarage gave presentations on the Canada based SAFIRE project (latest video here). They joined Wal Thornhill from Australia, Professor Frank James and Dr Jeremy Dunning Davies from the UK, Professor Andre Koch Torres Assis from Brazil, Eugene Bagashov from Belarus, Andrew Hall and James Sorensen from the USA, and Edwin Kaal from Holland.
Please see our event page for more information.
The Electric Universe UK is a platform dedicated to exploring the way in which electrical forces shape the universe. Throughout the last 250 years many scientists have studied and contributed to these ideas.
While the electric universe (EU) is a maturing hypothesis, the electric sun (ES) model is currently being tested in a laboratory on Earth. These experiments are inspiring a new generation to engage in the investigation of the role that electricity plays in the cosmos. We advocate scientific enquiry based on careful observation of the physical world and practical experimentation – empirical science. The UK EU invites you to share in this exploration: students, professors, professionals; anyone with a passion for science can participate.
